Went to the Eid prayer for the first time in my life(or that I know of/remember). It was shorter than I expected After that, we invited over people and had a big ass casumad(mini Alibari) and it was lit.

Woke up kinda depressed because I missed the prayer and it's a moment of jubilation where you meet your family and loved ones and see the beautiful young children.

That depression quickly settled as I went to Barnes n Noble and had the ombre pink drink then went out to lunch with my dad and had a $20 meal . Now I'm going home then going out .

I don't know fam, never seen the Eid prayer as an obligatory thing to do so waan iska xaraabaysan jiray. Even the family were surprised when I told them that I was going to the salad with them this morning bruh.

Well I would just pray to God. Also I enjoy the whole setting and seeing all the familiar faces more so than the act of praying.
