I've always dreamed about traveling and I want some recommendations. I've heard some countries like Italy are pretty racist (can someone pls confirm), and I'd rather be somewhere that is worth the visit.

Where are you from? If you're European, I'd suggest you look into Prague, Budapest or something towards that direction and avoid France. As for Italy being racist I imagine it's pretty true, especially if you're travelling from the UK or NA. Although I'm very skeptical you'll run into any overt racism if you remain in touristy areas.

Ah, I suppose you could go London. It's kind of tricky with NA because I imagine flying (just the ticket) to the UK or opting for Hungary, Czech or Bulgaria will be equally expensive. It's much nicer to say you've seen London too because it's among the world capitals.

I mean given the fact you're Somali, there's a good chance you have fam nearby so that's free accommodation. Then definitely yeah

I will never be a tourist in Somalia. When I am able iA, I want to live long term there for a while and meet my family and understand our history/culture.

My cousin went Italy years ago, she enjoyed it! but with all this migrant crisis I don't know how tolerant the ppl are now.

Dubai- has a large Somali expat community, come LONDON!! Lol:siilaanyosmile: personally I'd stay away from Eastern European countries their racist!
