1200 calories a day and your trying to build muscle a lot of muscle? that’s too low.Icl i dont have a diet I just eat 1200 calories a day of just anything. Only thing I do count is my protein and make sure I hit my target for the day. I do admit though I eat a lot of carbs even with the deficit. Hooyos cooking bangs sadly
I do lift heavy and I do it 3x a week. I have muscles just not big and it doesnt look great tbh. Forget that even my brothers struggle to gain muscle. Its probably genetic im screwed![]()
Find your maintence calories then add 200-300 and eat a lot of protein and carbs.
If you want the fastest return on your investment it’s good to go on surplus and deficit cycles. Just go slow on the surplus so you don’t gain too much fat.
