What age is considered “old” to you?

Personally, I think someone is considered old once they reach the age of fifty or above. However, there are many people who think anyone over thirty is old. What’s your take?

I only included twenty five to have a fair poll. Twenty five isn’t old to me at all. Sixty is pretty old, once you reach sixty you’re like a senior citizen.

But, 'old' is a state of mind really.

Being old is a mental state, I know some people who are 60+ but mentally and physically are sharp because they eat good and exercise

My dad is 50 and still does everything works etc. that’s why I consider 60 actually old

when you have at least 3 of the following: start to gray, wake up with aching joints, walk slowly, become hunched over, voice becomes hoarse and crackly...I consider that old. a lot of 60 years olds these days are working out, going back to school and changing careers, and have years of life in them...I wouldn't call them old

i go by the natural timeline of things:

From birth to puberty = baby/child

From puberty to 40 = young man/woman

From roughly age 40 to 60 = adult

From 60 to the grave = senior/old

so anybody older than age 60 is considered old to me.

Depends on many factors.

For example I would consider 30 yr old somali men old with the early onset of baldness that affects much of the population.
