I get a federation, to share, with bariis ONLY and chicken legs and chicken suqaar. Of course the side of salad with liin, banana and cambe cabiitan.

I like chicken kuutleti, but I’ve only seen that in Minneasota. Never seen it yet in Boston or Columbus. Do the rest of the diaspora have chicken kuutleti horta? Especially, @Periplus if Australia makhaayads don’t have chicken kuutleti then that’s a dealbreaker. My aussie hubby has to come to me, I’m not going to him.

That’s a typo, a federation for me is just that big platter that they put in the middle of the booth and everyone eats from.

For me there is a problem they don't sell my favorite Somali dish in our local Maqaaxi. I like Calooley iyo muufo but those damn Somali Chefs are stingy! They keep the Calooley for themselves and never but it in the menu.
