What’s considered cheating to you? Is making out considered cheating? Is forming an emotional romantic connection with someone else ( on purpose or otherwise) considered cheating? Is texting someone else romantically considered cheating even if you’ve never met irl? Is having a dating app profile but not actually using it to meet ppl irl considered cheating? Is keeping somebody else around who you know is interested in you and you give them little encouragements to keep them around considered cheating? Is flirting considered cheating? Is dancing with someone else at the club considered cheating?

-I have this friend who has this great bf. One night we went out and hanged out with some guys at an event. Her guy had his arm around her waist the whole night, they danced (not too provocative), he kissed her neck a little while dancing and they were just being really affectionate with each other. She never told him she was in a relationship though. So my question is is her behavior considered cheating? Be it she wouldn’t behave this way in front of her man but technically she didn’t do anything to be labeled cheating, like making out with the guy.

just communicate really thats the most important.
Some Men/Women are fine with their partner having a same-sex bestfriend or whatever,
and some dont even like their partner to smile at the cashier.

Imo cheating doesnt have to be only sexual intercourse.
Any kind of intimacy is considered cheating in my world.

Looool I was joking. On a real note, I consider cheating to be texting, calling, or even interacting in a inappropriate way towards the opposite sex. I don’t think men and woman can be friends.

All of those things to me is cheating. I would react to this thinking, why have a profile if you already are with me? Why are you even talking to other guys over text if your are with me let alone LEADING THEM ON TO KEEP THEM AROUND

Dancing with another man who is not your family member to me is a boundary crossed but not cheating. Flirting is not cheating to me but you have to ask yourself why are you such a flirt? Is your self confidence that low that you need daily/weekly reminders of male attention?
