How does your weekend differ from your daily routine? I am heading to the cabin on Lake Michigan, albeit awfully cold in the -13oF, with some mates flying in from Boston. Two of them are avid hunters - shame the hunting season is over.

Rather wasteful, but no shame in that. I find hunting therapeutic, if useful as a life & survival skill.

my weekends arenβt eventful but the upside is that I get to spend more time with my family
Mostly deer. Quality time with family is the best, provided there are no drama queens / kings abound.

Very fun. I like balancing self improvement with videogames/tv shows. I don't like dedicating 100% of my weekend time to leisure.
Of course. What type of coding are you spinning? You will quickly grow old, bald, and gray, but hey life is good.

Azure. I just finished a contract as a data consultant so it was important to be familiar with it. Earlier this year I was doing basic Help desk work. Was doing both jobs at once at one point LOL
My cousin got me the job because he works at Microsoft in Sales and one of their partners were looking for a data consultant

I have got my hands in a few things viz Consulting, real estate investment, but on my day job, I am an Engineer/Architect. I used to teach, but no longer do that, as of late I have been spending more time in the old country.

how many properties you own and is the passive income good so far?
From an investment perspective, it has been brilliant, but I am shedding some off to diversify, and move some of the investments to the old country. I am now down to 11, 3 of which are apartment complex.
At least from my track record, ROI wise, real estate is far better than the Stock market.
