I have seen hardened weed smokers almost lose their mind chewing khat . Khat is one one the craziest drugs out there .
Weed is far better for your health specifically oral hygiene. If a old Somali man smokes weed it's better for him than khat . Khat is bad if you get hooked because it totally changes your mood and you become angrier and less patient
