We can become the new gulf only if we ditch this stupid qabil mentality otherwise each qabil will say the oil belongs to them if it's found in their territory. Just imagine what Jubbaland would do with their oil reserves ? They'd rather give it to Kenya than the FGS , same with PL. If maamuls don't agree with the FGS on the most basic stuff how can they agree to share the nation's wealth?
