canoe geel helps with growth, but height is mainly genetics.I was a very small kid,niggas my height in 7th grade are like 5,3 now.But since my mom is 5,8,her genes came in clutch making me 5,11-6 by 17 .It all in the genes.

Famine fucked up our statistics. The west have just started to catch up with injected growth hormone food. But in all honesty the tallest in the world are an african Dinka tribe that are 6'5 on average with no genetically modified food or western diet. Imagine how tall the dinak would be with western genetically modified food if they reach 6'5 on avergae with milk and hilib.

They'd be giants like in the old days.

I'm 6'1 - 6'2 but my sister is actually quite short weirdly. My dad is also short, I get my tall genes from my mum's side of the family.

The prophet Adam (AS )was very tall. I wonder if he was born in Somalia? As they say life started in East Africa and they have found large skeletal remains in Ethiopia.
