We must implement mandatory education about proper nutrition and health

Why did we lose this look. Well I have not seen any modern Somalis come close to him. So does that mean our diet and posture affect our appearance. It surely does.

Also this is not the only phenotype lost. Many other phenotypes that used to be common in ancient Somalis are not found today.

Somalis must make it mandatory in schools to learn what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. Our people are getting uglier and our true potential is locked because of this. We have great genetic potential. Tall height, curly hair, dark brown even skin tone, smaller defined nose, large but not too large lips, less body hair, wide forehead, black gums, almond eyes which can be developed to almond hunter eyes if good health.

The problem is that Somalis have a double edged sword. We have great potential like I said but only if development is healthy.

Now our gracile soft features make us prone to facial recession far greater than any other race or ethnicity. This is why some somalis looked chopped today. Their Hooyo cooks them bariis and baasto and soft foods. No hate to our hooyos tho.

If we implement this properly. The next few generations of Somalis will be true noble macrobians 😭😭😭.

Nutrition is definitely something we need to improve on collectively. Even features like a prominent protruding forehead can be a sign of an open anterior fontanelle that hasn’t closed during an infants early developmental stages caused by low vitamin d levels.

Somalis have foreheads as large as white people. But because of our skull and features in general we can develop protruding foreheads due to insufficient nutrition and facial oral posture.

Somalis need to be more careful because compared to other races and ethnicities. Our faces are impacted much more by bad nutrition and posture. Like I said it’s a double edged sword. Our true potential is amazing.

While nutrition is important, plenty of Somalis still have that look today. Phenotype doesn't get radically changed due to diet lol, especially within a generation. The actual concerns should be in regards to health and brain development as that is where diet matters the most.

Wallahi I thought I was tripping but back home these folks have larger foreheads than the ones in the west.
