WE are planning to have both Hirshabele capital and the presidency too!

We are offered two positions: Early Hirshabele elections with Hawadle president or to move the capital to Baladweyne and the squatter Guudlawe finishes his 4 years term about 1 year and 8 months then the presidency will be based on competition in Baladweyne!
So in the last three days i partaked on going consultations on phone the majority of Hawadle wanted Baladweyne to be Hirshabele's capital and are sure they will have the president too. They are avoinding what happpened in 2020 under Guudlawe so keep the capital atleast and the next president after Guudlawe will be Hawadle maybe the one after will be Abgaal while Baladweyne still the capital


They said let us take advantage of the current situation as Abgaal got 1 year and 8 months they can't have the capital too under Hassan Sheikh and then we will make coalition with other reer Hiiraan even may give the Governor to Gugundhabe Jijeele or Gaaljecel so they can vote for us to take the presidency. We have reached to many Gaaljecel aqoonyahano who welcomed this. We will have 20 mps out of 70 mps the Abgaals will have too many candidates and hawadle one UPD candidate so their votes wil be scattered
Hassan Sheikh is going this from a political standpoint because 75% of Hirshabelle seats are in Baledweyne and he wants to select the upcoming senators and mps in Hiiraan for UPD. They say Hassan Sheikh is not relying on Abgaal votes as they never go to one candidate or even 2 or 3 they have 9 candidates that why he cares only Hawadle and Hiiraan votes.

Your out of touch with reality if you think abgaal care about anything to do with Hirshabelle. Waceysle don’t live there and wacbudhan mainly focus on Banadir. Even harti abgaal politicans are fully focused on xamar. The reason why xawaadle care for hirshabelle so much is because, no offense, it’s all you are capable of having. Not saying Abgaal or reer s/dhexe care but I don’t think one region in any state in Somalia is allowed to take both capital and lock off the president seat. Unrealistic that the fgs will allow this.

Answer this why would HSM want Baladweyne to be HS capital, that’s like moving the capital of JL to Gedo or the situation in Baydhabo. He won’t be able to control the elections and it’ll instead be under the control of Ethiopia. If anything HSM would want Barawe to be the capital of KG, away from Ethiopia and not be giving even more control to Ethiopia.

Jowhar is close to Xamar so will always mean HS is under sphere of Xamar.

No are you deaf? We r offered early elections after KG wich means early 2024 or take the capital so majority said lets take now the capital fore being strategic. Parliament will be made 70 mps and will vote for Baladweye to be the capital then minister Abdirizaq will be voted as president. Who cares 1 year and 8 months when you have every thing.

The prices of land and houses have doubled in Dhuusamareeb because of the capital and many projects are underway there too many hotels while the land and house are getting cheaper in Cadaado 40 minute drive from Dhuusamareeb

Garowe before Deni looked different there were on going construction of roads before him and now it has clean great roads

Nothing have been done in Jowhar bc of the Isbaarist Guudlawe no roads no offices no wasaarado not even Madaxtooyo no football stadium so every thing now will go to Baladweyne who will have more hotels and roads and football stadium and international airport and Turkish hospital Hirshabelle from Isbaaro state to real federal member State loading



This is worst Isbaaro the airport is 17km from Jowhar and it takes hours to reach the town.

Waare has nothing to do with this in Jowhar Abgaals take contrracts like Hawadle take contracts in Baladweyne. Hawadle do clean jobs like Istahil company who built Laamiga. Waare allocated 10 projects at once for Balcad they were not implemented bc of the Mayors isbaaro (maxaa iigu jira)

You had 4 years of Guudlawe not time have been wasted on elections why he didnt build this road?
