The Worst Ministry in Somalia by Far is the Education Ministry, there is so much corruption there that is beyond weight.
In Puntland there are high Standards to be held regardless of what region you come from. The Exams in Puntland are the toughest in all of Somalia.
I was Speaking with a cousin of mine that took his exams in Galmudug this year due to exam issues between Puntland iyo the Laangaab Administration in Hamar.
He paid $3 for the Teacher to give him all the exam answers, something he said would have him locked up in Puntland. The people south of Galkayo cannot competent but will cheat to do so. He said it was so regular and calm to this in Galmudug compare to Prison in Puntland. The war in Somalia is between Competence and Stupid.
I am sorry to say but Stupid is Winning like Farmaajo. But the funny thing is Turkey takes 10,000 Somalis a year on Scholarships based on these bought exams. The end result is 9,500 are returned because of Incompleteness. You can buy your way out of Somali Education System. But can you survive the education and exam of real world Universities aboard? For 95% of Students it's a no cause they are sent back within the 1st 40 Months.
So Our Education is no 4.5 like the Minister likes to use it.
