One of the Walashma Sultan’s tomb was found and an Arabic inscription was found near it written:
شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو والملئكة واولوا علم قائما بالقسط اله الا هو العزيز الحكيم ان الدين عند الله الاسلام
“God testifies and with Him the angels and those who are endowed with intelligence: “There is no God but He; He who maintains justice. There is no God but Him, the Mighty, the Wise! ”. The true religion in the eyes of God is Islam” (Quran, Surah Āl ʿImrān, III, verses 18 and beginning 19).

@Emir of Zayla those authors seem to on that ethio-semite train though they don't mention Somali once.

Are these remains different in style from the 'Somali style' graves they found in Shewa
It’s similar to the many ruins around Harar. Hararis used to build their homes and walls using limestone and a mix of a specific type of dirt and clay. I forgot the names but they used to go plenty of miles for it, it’s very specific and has the best results.

They surmised that the Walashma dynasty has its origins in Eastern Ethiopia (Somali Galbeed), they don’t mention Ethio-Semites.

And no, the grave style is still the same from Zeila to Shewa.
