VP Cali Dahir Ciid announces two new gobols in Galmudug

He also said after elections Balanbal and Dhusomareb city councils will be finished.

He also announced today 5 year plan for Galmudug to achieve self suffiency and outlined various Ministry roles throughout that time period

@TekNiKo PL was 5 gobols n 'Buhoodle' District. We only added what was fair for our share of Somalia being 30%. We measured Galkayo to Banadir, if they get 4.5 states. Why not Bari is split as two(karkaar, bari), Buhodle got it's own region(cayn), Sanaag was split as 2, Hayland n Sanaag. We only added Karkaar, Cayn, Hayland on the original 5 states for a total 8 states.

Bosaso to Galkacyo is 750 kilometer, now it has only 4 states(karkaar, bari, nugaal, north mudug), we are still short half a gobol wa hadi cadalad loo hadlayo to match 'banadir, middle shabelle, hiran, galgadud, south mudug) which is 4.5 states.

Out of Somalia 18 regions, we deserve a portion that is equal to 30% of those 18 states. It's easy to work out. 30% of 18 states is 5.5 states. Where-as GM shud be 10% of 18 states which is 2 states. Hirshabelle is 31000 area sq and middle shabelle is 21000 area sq. That is 52000 area sq. They only represent 52000 area sq from the national area sq of 637000.

They are only 8% of Somalia land mass. 8% for Hirshabelle, 10% for GM. 20% ka badan ma istahilan wa hadi run laysu sheegayo. PL gets 30% on the table.

Galkacyo to Hamar is 750 kilometer on the road. Bosaso to Galkacyo is 750 kilometer. It's the same land mass waryaa, no amount of tweaking around with measurement tools will change the 'travel' times of both region. HS/GM waxay helan buu Majerteniya keliya uu dhigma. Matabaan has started to have a functioning admin that is pro-Hiiraan/Hirshabelle. They have been administered by GM for a good while but since they have rep in HS it’s better for it to remain with us.
