A few months ago i attended a talk by one of her daughters mashallah very motivated people Ilaahay ha uu sahlo.

I know that it isn't limited to our people laakin islamically speaking there's a hierarchy involved when it comes to these sort of things. It starts off from relatives, next of kin, extended family, jilib, sub clan tribe etc until it reaches community level then city then country etc. As a somali there's an obligation on us more so than a non-somali as we're related. It has been quite some time since i did any work for dadkeena so i want to do something now when i've the chance & ability within me.
