Listen to the witnesses. There was no explosion of the road. It was the vehicle that caught fire after some explosion of what they were carrying and you can still see the vehicle is in shape.

Two of the 4 girls that were there accuse ATMIS of being the reason for the fire. They had to put it out as one of the girls was on fire.
