The countries/cultures of the americas are all young and have no real heritage beyond the few natives that held out after the European conquests.

This sounds a lot like Europe not so long ago, and no continent has committed more widespread rape that Europe. These men are discussing lack of modesty, a subset of loose morality, which is being wrongly conflated with justification of rape. One can not condone rape, let alone justify, for it is wrong at so many levels. There is a reason Mahram is a requisite in Islam.
