People take this stuff very seriously, and the ice cream company faces huge losses because people get cautious, and several stores have to throw away all the ice cream of that specific brand.

She is speculated to be under seventeen and therefore considered a juvenile. The police will not press charges against the girl as an adult. Twenty years is highly unlikely.
