Utilitarian Thinking Missing in Somali Politics.

You think Somali politicians would benefit from utilitarian thinking when it comes to the distribution of public funds...
Why are they incapable of being driven by the need to obtain the maximum benefits to the greatest number of people in the country???
All they seem to care about is stealing the money for themselves. Do they not want to leave a legacy???

Those that try get pressured by the warlords and foreign plants to give up on trying to do good.

If they continue to try then they somehow coincidentally find themselves in a random Al Shabaab explosion.

There are plenty of patriotic people in Somalia but anyone with two working braincells would realise they would be putting themselves and their loved ones in harm by doing the greater good...

These things happen when your country is run by foreigners.
