USC failed miserably, but what about SNM?

@somalipatriot nobody cares about what you have to say as long as you don't accept that the one clan Afweyne dictatorship destroyed the Somali Republic
That is why so many Somalis on this forum reply to my relevant threads on the past present and future events for a better Somalia apparently they do care and don’t forget your trying to belittle me on my own thread how ironic

Blame Carte for whatever you want as long as you understand he was not directed by SNM. SNA devolved into clan miltias wearing SNA uniforms. Afweyne's clan militias were losing to SNM in a war of attrition or they would be given safe passage. They chose safe passage and left the bulk of SNA heavy weapons to be inheritted by SNM

Its to every well informed Somali obvious you’re a SNM sympathizer due to your attitude towards Siad barre aun Ali Mahdi for simply being chosen as president you’re glorification of aidid dislike of Omar arteh simply because he wasn’t part of the SNM and didn’t desert Somalia’s government but instead publicly criticised the Ogaden policy in 1982

Now we agree then Carte was not representing SNM when he told Afweyne loyalists that they will be given safe passage if they stop fighting. He thought it would help him rebuild the SomaliRepublic

Didnt you notice I have been repeating all this time that good guys were SNM/SSDF/USC/SPM. The bad guy was Afweyne. Betraying the the good guys was CaliMahdi. CaliMahdi's appeasement of Afweyne is why he was favored by Afweyne supporters

Even though my goal wasnt to defend USC I think I did a better job than @Mckenzie when it comes to explaining why its wrong to put so much blame on them

30 years to repair bullet holes? Wallahi this would be funny if it wasn't tragic.
Siad Barre may have died in a bad state but history shows he was the last president of a stable Somalia

Yes it takes a long time to fix bullet holes in mogadishu , I'm not sure what Mogadishu city has to do with the question I asked , we will work in our own pace to fix the bullet holes . . Now that I answerd your question and you admitted how miserably your aabo died will you answer my question and show me a befor and after picture of cabudwaak?

Appeasement of Siad barre? How did Ali Mahdi appease Siad barre and the remnants of the Somali army in gedo and bay regions when gedo elders send him telegram message to congratulate him with his presidency in 1991 after Djibouti selection and interim presidency after Siad barre departure from Mogadishu when Siad barre and the SNF ( remnants Somali army) weren’t tolerated by the gedo elders and they rejected their presence in the gedo region in fear of retaliation of other groups in the surrounding regions

So CaliMahdid did not appease AabbeAfweyne but Afweyne and his cousins congratulated CaliMahdi for winning the selection?

Afweyne ran to Gedo when he was chased by the other groups. Gedo elders didnt reject Afweyne if they were rightfully afraid the the presence of Afweyne's SNF militia could attract the attention of USC/SPM liberation fighters

With all due respect don’t call a former president by that nickname have some integrity but other than that yes I’m aware but my point was they rejected their presence SNF but their fears were unnecessary since they were also in the bay region and when USC came to Gedo after Siad barre left the country in April 1992 it was aidid who assured them they had nothing to fear afterwards gedo united under son in law hersi Morgan and kicked the usc out but later splitted into juba valley alliance losing kismayo to usc in 1999

Unlike @Sheikh Kulkuli and @Pwyneth Galtrow I get out of my way to explicitly say MX should not be blamed for Afweyne crimes. That should be enough of a concession for you clan. Dont defend him and I wont blame you for his crimes.

JVA took Kismaayo from Morgan. There was no USC in 1991 maybe you mean Haawiye helped MX conquer Kismaayo. Then Haawiye/RaasKambooni/ICU/Og took the city and RasKambooni/Madoobe hold the city now

USC controlled kismayo in 1991 for a short period then SPM retook it along with some other towns in the south but Morgan and SNF controlled from Kismayo 1995-1999
