Iran is attempting to dock it's oil in the venzuelan ports and the americans have vowed to block the ports and prevent the sales of oil by the iranians to the venezuelans.
According to international law, this would be a act of war to block both venezuelan sovereign ports from trade and to prevent official sales on iran's part. We could relapse to the early 2020 tense situation where war is flirted with by both sides.
