The land is part of Somaliland. Puntland is just a defacto state that is causing some problems. Legally the union of Somaliland and Somalia doesn't involve anything called Puntland.

bro I’m a Puntlander myself and seceding from somalia would be my absolute last option. I would honestly prefer to see a Greater Somalia. I don’t know why Somalis can’t get along with each other. Nigerians have over 500 languages and the country is technically still united. We Somalis share one language, one culture and one religion. Ya dig.

Israel is trying to set up a permanent base to infiltrate and launch attacks on the Houthis from.

Getting involved in never ending Middle Eastern conflicts isn’t the smartest move. Especially for chance(Russia and especially China will veto it) for a seat at the UN. UN wont not even exist by 2040. Countries will have to defend their borders through sheer force, as they always have.

On the positive side, this could ease pressure on Xamar/South. Especially if the UAE takes over PL as well. Things will become much easier for HAG to reorganize and build a state with a solid foundation.

My forefathers are from Puntland but can't I be Somali unlike you landers denying your somalinimo. I can be Puntlandler whilst representing Somalia. I have both flags (somalia and puntland) and besides that the Puntland flag has the somali flag.
