We need the arms ban lifted and good public relations in Somalia if we’re to stand a chance against our mortal enemies Ethiopia.

Somalia is not a responsible actor that’s why nobody donates heavy weapons to it even the US which subsidizes it’s military industrial complex and needs to produce weapons as a means of employment.

Small arms earmarked for the government ends up in the hands of Shabaab which appears to have infiltrated the government. Nobody trusts the government.
