Every Somali elder is automatically your aunt or uncle or even grandma or grandpa.

If a Somali elder asks you for a ride, you must always take them to their destination but first you will do grocery shopping, medicine pickup for them.

If you travel to a different country or state and you've a relative living there, they will be offended if you get a hotel. You better not tell them you're coming, if you want to relax in a hotel during your vacation.

Lol I'm an adult. My Hoyoo wouldn't call me every hour to come home like I'm a child...unless it's really late like 3 or 4am. My brothers and I have sleptover at our friends houses cuz it was too late and we'd be tired and no ride back....and our Hoyoo would always become ballistic.
