Just let them be in SL. A small PL benefits SL and Somalia, we acknowledges SL’s borders. For them it will function like Galmudug with MX, HG, AG, Dir, Duduble, Sheekhaal all in one state working together despite having competing politics in the wider Somalia. They can get bigger positions than they ever could in Somalia. As long as SL doesn’t get recognition and close the border with Somalia and ban any economic activity this benefits all.
