I think this is good for trade and interaction with the many francophone nations in the world, in addition to giving them access to a huge volume of literature and resources.

Also djibouti human development index value is only 47.6 which is lower than landlocked African countries like Uganda and Zimbabwe yet djibouti gdp per capital is $2000, double the value of these countries.
