Good paying jobs take time, even for the native born. You have to speak English and French first.

You can easily find a job that pays $15 an hour within a week.

I don't think they are refugees. They are migrants.

A refugee would be grateful to be in a safe place. Migrants are only looking for good paying jobs as soon as they land.
