UN security conference rejects all FGS + regional proposals except for Puntland's

Puntland's Minister of Security Galan went to attend a UN security conference in Mogadishu a few days ago.
Today, the ministry posted this update.
Puntland, the FGS, South West State, Galmudug, Jubaland, and Hirshabelle each sent their security ministers to this conference to present their proposals to the donors. All of them were rejected except for Puntland's. Galan returned to Garowe with all of the money.
