Russia has enough foreign reserves to last for years. Sanctions dont mean shit to them, because of the high oil prices they made 100 BILLION in just 100 days of the war

Russia has experience in warfare.
The fought the ottomans for 100s of years and also fought a coalition of Ottomans,French and British.
They are on the map because of their resilience.

It was clear from the beginning that no ukraine would resist russian invasion but the WEST wanted to cripple russia with an unending war sacrificing the entire ukraine and Ukrainians for their evil causes. Russia wanted a surgical strike to remove the western backed dabadhilif regime but after they saw how much Ukrainians fell for western propaganda they just started creeping slowly into the Ukraine territories cuz there is nothing to rush and atlast they will be the winners as they gain more fertile and strategic territories.
