A lot of mum's and dad's who due to the lack of funding in the NHS have been denied treatment, have gone to countries like Belgium and Germany were they get their treatment free of charge as these countries just charge the NHS.

Nowadays you need to be practically dead to get certain surgeries on the NHS in the UK so the people who were refused have taken advantage of the rules whilst we are still in the EU to get their treatment abroad.

These people deserve credit for their resourcefulness. People be coming back new people after 50k worth of free surgery.

Jobs in those countries have better pay and better benefits (days off, health benefits etc). They are generally more egalitarian, the boss doesn't get as much as respect as he does in the UK. Culturally these guys have an egalitarian ethos while the UK is more hierarchical. The class system is nonexistent in Europe in the way it is in the UK. There are no lords and shit.

I'm only trying to leave Germany for the US because I got in through a sibling (chain migration) otherwise I would have stayed there.

There's some hope for their kids, but the old fobs there are a lost cause.

If someone were to offer me my UK citizenship in exchange for any Scandinavian country's citizenship, I would snap at that offer so fast they'd be missing a hand. The UK has become an uninhabitable shithole. It is slowly turning into 'muricah, another country I would never want to live in.

The UK is copying the US too much, but unlike the US they are an overcrowded island with little opportunity and low social mobility. Now I get why many UK millennials are so pissed off.
