Uk Somalis are at the bottom of the Somali diaspora rankings.
They have one of the biggest populations, yet they have never produced one notable politician or an athlete.
Even reer Henny, who are absolute degenerate has produced one Somali politician, though he is a supporter of cida gadasha laga maro.

Great news. Imagine how elite Somali students will be in a generation or two with parents that better understand and have gone through the education system. Please Somalis, keep procreating and keeping our population growing!

This was in 2012, most Somali kids go to universities now, and really top ones, somalis are followers if they see other Somalis doing well and going to universities they follow them
I remember reading this years ago. Shout out to all the Somalis and Ajnabis who worked hard to enable Somali students to achieve better grades

There are many Somalis voted in London council, we haven’t got a Somali mp, I think there was a half Somali, but we had mayors but we we will eventually have a top politician, Somalis have only been here for 20 years

Having been to the UK, the thing that hinders the Somali community is a lack of unity. The Somalis in the UK don't necessarily rally around the Somali identity as much, like in the US or Canada. I think this is primarily due to the fact that a good chunk of the population are landers who tend to do things on their own and also the community is very spread out across the country.
I have no doubt the next generation will do well but at the moment it's still far behind other Somali communities in terms of producing excellence.

Thats false as someone who actually lives in the UK.
But you are right on the fact that we are spread out in the country as opposed to mainly In one place like basically every other community. I think you will find a sizeable somali community in every city in the UK.
Over in the UK I would say people identify more with being somali then other places since everyone goes by there ethnic groups in UK as opposed to just black like in the US.
