i’msurprised congolese and senegalese are at the bottom espcially senegal as their nation is quite stable and decent compared to other subsaharan african standards

There’s a FOI request asking for Somali, Nigerian and Ghanaian GCSE/ A-level results. At the top end, Somali’s rank second of the 3 countries but massively underperform at the lower end. If we got the proportion of dumb Somali’s in line with other countries, our average would be much higher.
