Omar Ghelle is the type of dictator that is useless, his no Siyad Barre. He has done nothing with Djibouti but then again, he may not see anyone to pass the leadership over too who will do better then his woeful performance. That's the problem with Somalis, they think you can pass the leadership to someone else and 9/10 times, their usually worse then the dictator u were complaining about.
