I think that a certain subset (a niche) of black men may gravitate towards everything internet related (including online dating) and it's this subset that may be interested in East Asian women.
There is no way that East Asian women are the most attractive women in the eyes of black men.
I remember seeing that study before it's like over a decade old. They should do an updated version, I wonder if anything would be different.

My orginal point was that everyone likes there women the most and will eventually marry there own so when they are out and about dating or fetishising it's basically for hooks up which is the case for all men until they go back to there own. The more cultural/religious etc divide the less serious it is for the guys when they go after other women and the more they fetisheise those that are receptive to there advances and focus on them.
