No one cares about ugandan politics but when they say something about qoom lut it gets pushed to the mainstream. So someone who has no knowledge of Ugandan politics would think thats the only thing they talk about.
Mashallah, Somalia must have legislation to clamp down on public displays of homosexuality. Whatever you do behind closed doors is hetween you and Allah but anything in public n social media that can be leveraged as proof.
They do something like this every other year to distract their citizens from the shitty economy and no job prospects for their young people.
