I don't know. I thought from all the hype by Turkish fanboys that Turkey was best option for Somalia. I had no clue about UAE involvement in many projects.

I like UAE policy they are very pro Arab League while Turkey just wants to undermine Arab League states and create a modern Greater Turkey.
