I don't like my predictions but it's based on the past 'data', it's well over a decade since the constitution was drafted and no progress, plus I account for 'personal interest leaders who don't have the popular will of it's people guiding them' which contribute another margin of error into calculation. Plus im working within a 'time frame' of generational genocide, Gen mellenials report to Gen x fathers who may still teach them of institutional memory, but by 2080, bulk majority of them will pass away, by the turn of 2200, their will be no trace left of institutional memory.
