Cape Town has slums and shanty towns, but it hasn't been subjected to war

The Balkans have since recovered; and was already ahead of most of Africa prior to their wars

There was this documentary how America miss identified General Aidid. American General stated we thought he was not capable what he has done . In this documentary Aidid was questioned by a reporter and Aidid stated we knocked down 7-8 black hawks. From this point on America had bad luck in foreign escapades.
