Complete and utter drivel, there is no organization on the planet that wants Africa to develop more than the EU. They openly speak about wanting Africa to develop so immigration to Europe slows down. european colonialism in africa was much shorter than in asia. 200 years of british india compared to 40-70 years. excluding somalis and arabs the rest of african countries are artificial multi ethnic countries. without european interference they could completely collapse.
