According to these guys he built many streets in Hargeisa and also built the presidential palace and deserves a national funeral.

Like many things regarding the civil war, I'm skeptical if Morgan did any of that since its more than likely that the USC was responsible for the famine. But regardless, its strange that Somalilanders have an intense dislike for the man but southern Somalis seemingly don't.
