They constantly make up ways to excommunicate women who marry outside the ethnicity. First, they claimed their children have no right to identify as (half) Somali, and now they insist the women themselves can no longer call themselves Somali. Pathetic losersThey think that they own the Somali identity and Somali women are second class to it. And when a Somali woman marries out, they see it as a direct rejection of themselves, that's how fragile and pathetic these types are.

The main propaganda is that a 'woman has no qabiil', which is haram to start with, as a woman has a father, and thus a family she is part of. Moreoever, in Somali culture, there are plenty of clans named after their matriarch. Additionally, Somalis used to marry strategically to form ties between different clans. To add insult to injury, when something befalls a woman, the first thing they say is 'what is her qabiil'. They do the same thing when a Somali woman does something amazing.
They are trying to claim that when a woman marries, she adopts the qabiil of her husband/children, which is why it shocks them even more when she marries a foreign man. As if a woman cannot have her own family and identity. It's all so sick and twisted.

I think Somalia has a law/had a law where someone cannot be a politician if they have a foreign spouse. I agree with it, because it can end up creating a social class of 'elites', that are mixed and have other foreign interests. We already have sellout politicians, we don't need more drama.

You're right, that 'shuubo' word, I don't even know what it means, is used by bitter men who live in Somalia. Sadly, we have our own legions of incels and other bitter males too in the diaspora.
