In fact, it's clearly outlined in the article in the tweet that she complained about the suspect during the 13th and 15th, but didn't had any complaints by the 20th december. Despite this, the prosecutors submitted the case to the courts now.

It's also mentioned that in the investigations/forensic report concluded with HSM's son being at fault and that he could get a sentence between 2-6 years. And a prison sentence can only be evaded trough a presidential pardon (and maybe by the interior ministry as well).

But he's not present there in the country, so I highly doubt the court procedures would change the outcome for him.
