I don't think it's fair to assume the motorist was at fault. For all we know his motorcycle could've had an issue while he was driving, causing it to shutdown. We would need to have more info about the motorcycle before we could blame the driver

I agree that this was politicized by those who hate HSM. But at the sametime, HSM supporters are trying to act like HSMs son is completely innocent in this situation.

HSM's son had plenty of time to slowdown. If he was paying more attention, he could've swerved unto the empty lane. There weren't any cars in the lane next to him. Look at the footage:



At the end of they day, I don't think his son intentionally tried to hurt the driver. But this could've have been avoided if he drove more responsibly.

He had enough time to stop the nigga was drunk I see people stop in the middle of the highway everyday it happen to me couple weeks ago in Atlanta and I never run over the car he will have probably died if I had run over him with my 18 wheeler truck with 40 tons load

I wouldn't be surprised if she was offered monetary compensation in exchange for withdrawing her complaint. But it seems like the prosecutor still decided to go ahead with the criminal charges.

it was already written that she'd get paid blood money, theyre a poor family so of course they will accept it. guy will serve a few months in some luxury prison at most, this is what how justice works for certain people. CBB fantasies always lose out to reality kkkkk
