Walz is a great choice. He’s not afraid to take the fight to Republicans and he passed Universal School Lunches, Free Tuition College, Passed Paid Family Leave, and legalized marijuana. He’s a popular governor and he isn’t scared to fight back against Republicans. Plus, he passed the legislation I stated with a one seat majority.

Denmark along with the Nordic countries are a mixed socialist and capitalist countries. A lot of their policies are socialist. Universal Health care, Free Education, Social security, parental leave, subsidized child care, affordable housing initiatives, labor rights and unions, high taxation to fund welfare program's are all socialist initiatives. These are things Bernie Sanders advocate for.
There is nothing delusional about what he is suggesting in terms of policy , its well within the means of America to provide universal health care for example and its more preferable as well.
If America had universal health care it would have saved more than 100s of billions of dollars in health care costs. United States had the highest death rate per capita from Covid because of that lack of Health Care

Denmark has socialist parties within it's leftist government coalition, like the Red-Green Alliance and the Socialist Peoples Party.
So yes it's a mixed economy that both combines capitalist market and socialist planned economy. It has state/public ownership in key sectors like for example , energy, transportation, postal services, schools/universities, hospitals/health care, broadcasting, telecommunications, utlities(water,waste, heating) etc .
It's not a hard line free market economy, like in America where even the prisons are private corporately owned for profit.

I still disagree with social programs being considered socialist. Just because the practice fits the description of Karlm Marx the jew, doesnt mean that it is intended to be considered socialist. This is the same arguments for when people seeks align socialism with Islam, because we too have social programs. A wealth tax of 2.5 percent of any muslim is redistributed to the poor. Social programs and socialism are not one in the same, social programs are meant to provide safety nets within a capitalist framework where as socialism is about redistribution of wealth and involves some level of state/public ownership of means and production.

Although America has social programs it's not a mixed economy because it leans more heavily on market-based solutions and private enterprise, with a more limited role for the government in redistributing wealth and providing social services.
