I wanted to agree with your post. But her views don’t align with the majorly of her people. She supports things that are disagreed by the majority of her people.
She supports LGBTQ (nothing wrong with her supporting that, but most Somalis don’t support it).
She married to a non Muslim
She constantly engages with progressive views
Somalis need work as a team but Ilhan is a tricky subject. But most do try to get her back though. I tried defending her at one point. What she needs to do is stop engaging in these drama about Kirk and other controversy. Not to mention the Admin is owned by the orange man

Nothing. I’m supportive of progressive views. Hell, I even support that gays have the rights to exist as citizens and should be treated equal. But the reality is majority of our people value conservatism (traditionalism).
So you’d know her views may sometimes may not align really well if she picks the far left.
