I’m a Ilhan supporter but I agree with you on this.

I have a feeling that she raises a lot of money from all this negative attention because I can’t think of any other reason as to why she decided that her opinion was needed. Especially when they always misconstrue whatever she says. And she knows this very well.

She needs to stay out of these culture wars and just focus on her discrict/policy making.
