That's rubbish. Somalis have a cultural values issue not necessarily IQ - a bogus stat pulled from Ethiopian Jews, which were the most neglected and impoverished group there before they were sent to Israel.

Do you realize that my parents gained from a Somali territory where English was taught in school. My father and his pupils are highly educated and started school prior to or shortly after 69' and this was in Borama. Their test scores were on par or above that of English children (in England). They went on to pursue post-secondary abroad and had more opportunities than Somalis today that are back home with a more elite educational experience than those from later generations. I would say having a true meritocracy would be better for Somalis overall, especially in government.
