Trouble with my Apple ID

Apparently iPhones want you to sign in to your Apple ID once year, and this time they asked me my security questions like what’s your favourite actor from school, what’s your first movie etc


I failed and I can’t log off, my iCloud is logged off but I’m signed in to my Apple ID, Apple calls it a ghost account

So it’s a strange situation

I can’t download apps and my pics can’t be uploaded

I have make new Apple ID , I have to delete everything on my iPhone

And there’s no way to rescue my pics since part is in iCloud, my pics have live action so those will disappear forever

Apple ID is pretty confusing, i was talking one hour on phone

They want to know the first movie I saw (Herbie) and my favorite team(Manc/Baraca)

But doesn’t accept the answer

I have to go find purchase receipt, send it to Apple support, delete everything on phone, and then star with new Apple ID
