For triceps all i do is dips, overhead rope extensions / dumbbell skullcrushers and pushdowns. I would say anything more than 4 different triceps exercises a week is overkill just split them across 2 days depending how many days u hit the gym a week.u go gym? if so tricep pushdowns, dumbbell kickbacks and some overhead extensions are great, if not or you dont like machines bench dips are also nice
I just do like 2-3 of them annd make sure each hits a different angle of the tricep
Ofc but you have to hit the gym first to have some form of strength so you can compete and stand a chance. You cant be pulling up to a muay thai gym and not being able to do one pushup.U guys should learn the art of fighting not waste time on muscle exercise looks of a warrior don't mean U r killer nor can fight even, infact the best fighters tend to be not much muscle at all(judging by UFC), they learned the game lol![]()
