Tricep exercises?

u go gym? if so tricep pushdowns, dumbbell kickbacks and some overhead extensions are great, if not or you dont like machines bench dips are also nice
I just do like 2-3 of them annd make sure each hits a different angle of the tricep

For triceps all i do is dips, overhead rope extensions / dumbbell skullcrushers and pushdowns. I would say anything more than 4 different triceps exercises a week is overkill just split them across 2 days depending how many days u hit the gym a week.

Dumbbell french press

It hits the long head mainly off the tricep which is the biggest chunk. it’ll make your arms look huge from the side and from the back. Plus it’s easy to spam.

Diamond push-ups and rope push downs are good for lateral head to it already doing that so keep it up. It makes you look wider and helps the v taper so keep doing that as well

Ofc but you have to hit the gym first to have some form of strength so you can compete and stand a chance. You cant be pulling up to a muay thai gym and not being able to do one pushup.

Me personally i only do compound exercises now 3 days a week to preserve my strength and the other 3 days i do Muay Thai. I will be switching to fulltime MT soon tho and start doing calisthenics
